Return Policy

Your confidence in Solar Guard 360 is our priority. We stand by the quality of our clean energy products with a straightforward return and replacement process designed for your peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solar Guard purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Product must include all original packaging, manuals, and cables.
  • Proof of purchase (Invoice or Receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy due to safety and technical nature:

  • Solar Panels that have already been mounted or installed.
  • Custom-cut wiring or modified electrical components.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Products with broken factory seals or tampered serial numbers.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the logistics to ensure your unit is handled safely:

  • Submit a request via support@solarguard360.com.
  • Provide photos of the unit and the reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Pack the unit securely to prevent transit damage.

4. Shipping & Logistics

Responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Factory Defects: Solar Guard covers all pickup and redelivery costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for two-way shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Units must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier.

5. Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via:

  • Original Payment Method (Credit Card/GCash/Bank Transfer).
  • Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items with missing parts.

6. Warranty Claims

If your 7-day return window has passed but your unit is experiencing technical issues, please refer to our Warranty Policy:

  • Power Stations typically carry a 1-2 year local warranty.
  • Solar Panels carry a performance warranty of up to 10-25 years.
  • Technical support is available nationwide for all verified units.

Important: Inspection Period

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We require unboxing videos for all "Damage Upon Arrival" claims to expedite the replacement process with our logistics partners.
